Photo requirements depend on the designer. Please submit all photos to customerservice@sweetpaperlane.com by digital file. The quality of your overall image will be based on the quality of the image we receive. Please do not crop photos or change colors before submission. A request can be made to the designer if you would like your photo cropped or changed to black and white from color. Some photos may be automatically cropped depending on the size of the announcement/invitation selected.
Samples are available upon request from most of our designers. Please contact us with the item number and designer you would like to see. Charges may apply depending on the designer.
At Sweet Paper Lane, we understand that the birth of a child is an extremely busy time in your life. This is why we accept pre-orders for birth announcements. Simply leave the personalization field blank when ordering and make a note in the comment section that this is a pre-order. Once your baby is born, you can email us with the baby's birth statistics.
Most of our designers offer this service. An additional fee will be applied to your total depending on the designer. Please select the pre-shipment of envelopes option when completing your order.
Yes, we do! The charge is $1.00 per envelope. You can choose that option at checkout or send us an email at customerservice@sweetpaperlane.com letting us know your order number and that you would like to have your envelopes printed. We will then forward you a spreadsheet that you fill out and send back with all the addresses listed. Please allow an extra two business days for this service. We will also save you time and mail them for you. You will only be charged for the price of the stamp.
By submitting your photo, you verify that you either own the image or have permission from the copyright holder to reproduce and distribute the image, and that reproduction of the image will not violate the rights of any person. Sweet Paper Lane and/or its designers will not be held legally liable for photo-related issues. Sweet Paper Lane reserves the right to reject any photo for quality or copyright concerns.
Absolutely! We offer FREE unlimited proofs. Your free proof will be emailed to you within 1 business day. At that time, you can change anything you want on your invitation. We will send you a revised proof at no charge. You can do this as many times as you like - we want you to be 100% happy with what you choose and we will not print until we receive your final approval. Please keep in mind that our processing time starts *after* your proof is approved.
Due to our fast turn around times we do not offer rush processing. We do our very best to ship every order as quickly as possible. If you need your order to ship sooner than the time stated on our website, please let us know by writing it in your order, emailing us, or calling us. We will do everything possible to get it done for you and will let you know if we can't for some reason.

Sweet Paper Lane is located in California. We will only charged Sales Tax to orders shipped to a California address.
